AI Transformation
Agents that do the work.
We build AI systems that run inside the business — each agent carrying the permissions of the person it works for, auditable end to end.

What we hold to
The constraints are the product.
-
Agents bound to the user
An agent should never see more than the person it works for. Ours inherit the user’s own permissions into email, calendar, files and internal systems — and nothing beyond them.
-
Delegation you can revoke
Every action an agent takes is attributable to a person and a moment. Grants are scoped, time-limited and withdrawable without redeploying anything.
-
Systems, not demonstrations
We build against real data, real identity and real load. The measure of the work is whether it survives contact with the organization, not whether it presents well.
-
Engineering, in-house
One team in Hồ Chí Minh City that has shipped platform software since 2022. No subcontracting, no handover to a delivery partner.
The person
An analyst in Finance
Signs in once, with the access they already have.
The agent
Acts as that analyst
Carries their grants. Holds no account of its own, and adds nothing.
What it can reach
- Their own mailbox
- Their calendar
- The Finance team wiki
- Contracts they own
- The board folder
- Another team’s mailbox
What it looks like
Work somebody stopped doing by hand.

The meeting wrote itself up
A bot joined the call on Meet, Zoom or Teams and captured it — including Vietnamese, on a model tuned for it. By the time people are back at their desks the transcript, the decisions and the action items are filed where the team already looks, and the tasks exist in the project.

Any afternoon
Ask the company, not the internet
“What did we agree with this supplier about penalties?” The answer comes back with its sources, drawn only from the documents and pages that person is already cleared to read. Someone without that clearance asking the same question does not get the answer.

A partner call
Everyone speaks their own language
Three people, three languages, one room joined from a QR code. Each hears the others in their own — speech straight to speech, with labelled subtitles running underneath. Guests do not need an account; the host can require one.

End of sprint
A report nobody had to assemble
The sprint report is built from the work items themselves rather than from chasing six people for status. It arrives as a deck in the house style, with the numbers pulled from the systems of record.

The platform
One connector. Everything behind it.
Vortex puts a single endpoint in front of everything a company already runs. An assistant registers itself, the person signs in once, and from then on it reaches those systems as that person — never as a service account, never with more than they have.
/galaxy-mcp/mcp one endpoint
among what it reaches
- Microsoft 365 Mail, calendar, tasks, files, chat
- Wiki Read, write, search and translate internal pages
- Knowledge base Question answering over document stores
- Meetings Transcripts, recaps, decisions, action items
- Project management Projects, sprints, work items
- Presentation Build and edit decks
- Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Design Read, create and share design files
- Support Customer conversations and contacts
- OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration — no keys to copy, no per-tool setup.
- Works with any assistant that speaks MCP, including Claude and ChatGPT.
- Installs as a one-click bundle, or as a single URL.
Built and running
One identity across every application.
Each is a real product with its own users, not a demo. They share a login, a permission model and an audit trail — which is the part that takes years and the part that cannot be bought in. Some of them:
Knowledge
- Wiki Internal knowledge with real-time co-editing, bilingual pages, and per-folder permissions the agent respects.
- Knowledge base Retrieval over handbooks and documents, with per-user access enforced at the dataset, not in the prompt.
- Office Read and write Word, Excel and PowerPoint in place.
- Presentation Decks generated from the organization’s own material, in its own template.
Collaboration
- Meetings A bot joins Meet, Zoom or Teams, then produces the transcript, summary, decisions and action items.
- Live Translation A room where everyone speaks their own language — speech to speech, with labelled live subtitles and no intermediate text step. Join by code or QR, with or without an account.
- Support Customer conversations answered from the same knowledge the team maintains.
- Design Design files readable and shareable by the same identity as everything else.
Delivery
- Project Manager Run projects from chat — ask about sprints, triage work packages, generate sprint and product reports.
- Spec-Driven Development Agents build software through a governed pipeline — intake, spec, architecture, plan, build, verify, release. Every action carries a governance level, every agent is pinned to a spec version, and the gates that need a human have one.
- Automation Multi-step flows described in plain language — schedules, webhooks, and connectors out to Slack, GitHub, Lark and email.
- BugBase In-app bug reporting with AI triage, and enough captured context to reproduce without a back-and-forth.
Platform & people
- AgentOps The console for the agent fleet: which model each role uses, which workflow and skills it loads, and a full audit chain.
- Admin Identity, organizations, RBAC, the app and tool registries, and the commercial layer.
- Wallet Employee benefits in one place — vouchers redeemed at the counter with a rotating QR code, points, and collections.
- Rewards The issuing side of the wallet: reward campaigns drawn against a real budget, and an approval that refuses to let the person who created a campaign approve it.
